The drawing is held the day following the close of the lottery (i.e. On each lottery application, you can select up to three dates. Permits for a total of 48 people / 12 groups are issued via an "Advanced Lottery", and permits for another 16 people/ 4 groups are issued via a "Daily Lottery".
